To connect with our customer support team, please send us an email! Even though we are not accepting phone calls at this time, we are here to help you 7 days a week! We do our best to respond to all emails within 2 business days.
We try to reserve this avenue for support-related inquiries (such as accessing your account and assisting with orders). The Health Coaches and Dr. Livingood spend their time in the Facebook Challenge group, which is why we want to guide you to the proper place to get your questions answered! Our support team is not medically trained to answer health questions, and we would never want to guide you improperly!
