How can I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible. HERE

Please note that our fulfillment team begins processing orders very quickly when all items are in stock. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.

Cancellation requests have the best chance of success when submitted immediately after the order is placed.

If the order has not yet been picked and shipped, our team will absolutely do our best to assist with your cancellation request.

Subscription & Membership Renewal Orders

For active Product Subscriptions and Lifestyle Membership renewals, reminder notifications are automatically sent before renewal orders process.

Renewal reminder notifications are sent:

  • 7 days before renewal processing
  • 3 days before renewal processing if the first reminder email is not opened
  • By SMS text message shortly afterward if the reminder email is still not opened and a phone number is on file

To ensure you receive renewal reminders, please make sure your email address and phone number on file are current and accurate.

Subscription and membership changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled processing date.

You can also manage your active Product Subscriptions and Lifestyle Memberships at any time by logging into your online account.
