How do I know if my order went through for the Lifestyle Trial?

If you are unsure if your order went through then you can check the following:

  1. Email - after your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation and details of your order. If you do not see that please be sure to check your spam or promotional folders!
  2. Check your financial account - check your card or bank account to be sure that the order did process.

If you do not see 1 or 2 and you are having trouble ordering we recommend opening the link in a different browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer) as most times that fixes the problem.

 

When can I start the Challenge?

We start a new Crew Challenge every 4 weeks!  To prevent the confusion that may come from dropping you into the middle of a Challenge, once we are past Day 5 of the current Challenge, we will direct new members to join the next Challenge.  This will give you time to dig around your Members Area and get familiar with the Challenge before we begin and you start experiencing real health!  When you register you will receive all pertinent information as well as the link to direct you to join the appropriate Crew!

 

When does my Trial begin and end? 

Your Trial starts the day that you process your order.  You get immediate access for 14 days to the Members Area!  This allows you to get started right away instead of waiting for the next Challenge to begin!  Dig around, learn where things are, and start learning about health now!  If your Trial is up before the Challenge you are participating in, you will still be able to complete the Challenge! We would never boot you from a Challenge group. 😉

 

Will I automatically be subscribed to a Monthly Membership when my Trial ends?

Our Trial will automatically enroll you in a Monthly Membership. You are welcome to cancel that auto-renewal at any time.   

How do I manage my new subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account!

If you have not already created an account, you would first want to do that!  You should have received a link to do so (this may be in your spam/promo folder) but if you don't see that you can simply go to the store here, click on Account, and from this page, you have the CREATE ACCOUNT button. 

If you have already created an account, but do not remember your password, click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD.

*Note: if you have not previously created an account and password, the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link will not work as you do not have a password to reset.

I do not have Facebook. How can I participate in the Challenge?

All of the live videos, teachings, and workouts are available in the Members Area of the website.  However, to get the full Challenge experience, you may want the accountability and encouragement that comes from the Crews on Facebook.  There are awesome testimonials and inspiring ideas shared each day, and we think you will really benefit from being a part of what happens there!  If you don't have a Facebook account, you may want to consider creating one for Challenge purposes only. 

 

Where can I find the Lifestyle Members Area?

You should have received an email shortly after purchasing that directs you to activate your account so you can start utilizing the amazing resources housed here!  However, if you missed that, no worries!  Just navigate to the online store HERE and click Account to log in.

You can absolutely upgrade your Lifestyle Membership! 


If you would like to upgrade from Monthly to Annual, you can do that from your account.  

  1. Go to the store.
  2. Click Account and log in.
  3. Click Manage Lifestyle Membership.
  4. Scroll down and click Upgrade to Annual and confirm by clicking Upgrade in the pop-up window.
  5. Your page will refresh showing your new Annual Membership status!


If you would like to upgrade from Annual to Lifetime, please reach out to our team here, and we will be happy to help facilitate that for you! 

If you upgrade from an Annual Membership to a Lifetime Membership, you will receive a $200 discount! There is no discount when upgrading from a Monthly Membership to Annual or Lifetime.

  • This will take you to the Crew on Facebook, where it will ask you to enter the email address associated with your account.
  • You're all set! Join in the conversations and enjoy!

Orders

Returning and exchanging items is simple!

Just a reminder that anything purchased through our Clearance and Warehouse Deals are final sale items and cannot be returned.

When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you do not see a confirmation email, be sure you check your Spam and Promotional folders.

If the confirmation email ended up in either of these two folders, be sure to mark it as "safe" so our emails do not continue going to your Spam folder. 

 

If you didn't receive a confirmation email, you can still find your tracking information by logging in to your account and clicking the order number.  Then click Track my Order.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled on the customer's end.  Please reach out to our lovely support team for assistance. 

 Our fulfillment team does fill orders nearly immediately when all items are in stock in an effort to get orders to customers as quickly as possible.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch your order to cancel it but we will absolutely try our best!

In order to best serve you, we began processing your order as soon as it was placed. If you have received an email with your tracking information, it is too late to cancel your order.

 However, if you do not wish to keep your order once it arrives, you can refer to our Refund Policy here.  

Our orders are fulfilled almost immediately, which is normally a good thing! However, if your order is going to the wrong address, submit an email to our Livingood Daily Support Team and if we can catch the order and change the address, we will!

If the order has already been processed or has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes or redirect your order.  Please keep an eye on the tracking numberand if the package gets sent back to our fulfillment center, we can re-ship it to the correct address, although you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

First, we recommend checking your tracking number to be sure it was delivered.  The tracking information was emailed to you after your order shipped.  It can also be found by logging in to your account and clicking on the order number in your Order History.

If the tracking shows the order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we recommend waiting 48 hours (since we've found packages can be marked delivered prematurely) before reaching out to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). 

If you still don't see it after 48 hours, reach out to our Support Team here, and we will do our best to help! 

 

If your order was damaged in transit or an incorrect item arrived, please visit our Returns Portal here. Just have your order number handy! Select the item that was damaged and follow the prompts to resolve the issue.

Note: Our returns portal will not allow for book returns. If your order contains a book, please reach out with an image of your order to our support team here and they'll be able to assist.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to split payment on an order.  To use more than one payment method, you will have to place more than one order.

 

The shipping policy would apply as usual to any order.  If your subtotal is $100 or more, your order qualifies for free shipping unless otherwise stated.

If using a DESKTOP, once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click "CHECKOUT." Enter your code in the field marked "DISCOUNT CODE" on the right side of your screen. Click "APPLY" and your discount will be deducted from the total.

If you receive an ERROR when applying a discount code then it could be for one of the following reasons:

  1. You cannot apply a discount code if another discount code has already been applied to your cart.
  2. You cannot apply a discount code to any of our subscriptions or bundles as they are already discounted.

We do offer free standard ground shipping to the continental United States for all orders over $99. To meet the $99 minimum, your cart total must be $99 after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping Alert
We are seeing some delivery delays, premature delivery confirmations and package tracking issues with Fedex/USPS. Livingood Daily is still fulfilling orders in a timely manner, typically within 1-3 business days. However, there may be some delays and/or inconsistencies with the carriers. Once a package leaves Livingood Daily, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information or delivery confirmation and because of this we cannot refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft. We thank you for your understanding and your support of Livingood Daily.

Subscriptions

To log in to your account, simply click "Account" at the top of the Livingood Daily Store to log in.

Our goal is that you, as the customer, would be able to make any and all changes you'd like on your monthly Subscriptions. You are in control of your subscription which means you can cancel or manage your account without the help of our support team.

How to change your processing date or frequency (30, 60, or 90 days)

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Supplement Subscriptions"

  • To change the date, click reschedule. 
    • A calendar will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen (on a desktop).  Simply select the date you would like to be charged next and click "Confirm" at the bottom of the screen.

  • To change the frequency (30, 60, or 90 days), scroll down to the subscription plan box on the details page.  
    • Click Edit.
    • A calendar will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen (on a desktop).  Simply select the frequency you would like and click "Confirm" at the bottom of the screen.

 

 

How to change the quantity of an individual supplement 

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Manage Subscriptions"

How to remove one item or skip one shipment under a subscription id 

  • Log in to your account

How to merge subscriptions to save on shipping costs

In order for your orders to ship together and save on shipping costs, the orders will need to appear under the same subscription id or "contract." In other words, the supplements showing in the same box on your Manage Subscriptions page will ship together. 

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Manage Subscriptions"
  • Click "Merge Subscriptions" at the top of the page

  • You are only able to merge items that are running on the same frequency (30, 60, or 90 days). CLICK HERE to see how to change your frequency
    • Select the shipping address
    • Select the subscriptions you want to merge 
    • Choose the date you would like your next order
    • Select "Confirm"

 

How to cancel a subscription

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Manage Subscriptions"

  • At the bottom of the page, you will have the option to Cancel your subscription
  • When you click "Cancel Subscription," a box will pop up for you to give the reason you want to cancel.  A second box will give you the option to provide further feedback.
  • Continue through the screens until you hit the final confirmation link to "Cancel Subscription"

 

 

How to update your shipping address or payment information

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Manage Subscriptions"

  • At the bottom of the page, you will have the option to edit your Shipping Address or Update your payment details

  • You will be able to update your Shipping Address in the box that pops up.  You can check a box to update the address on all of your subscriptions if necessary.
  • When you select to update your payment information, this box will pop up.  Click "Send Email" and be sure to check your spam/promo folder if you don't see the email! Follow the link in the email to update your payment details.

How to add/view one-time or additional subscription items to your existing subscription

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Manage Subscriptions"
  • Click "View Details" of the Subscription you would like to add the one-time order toScreen_Shot_2022-07-12_at_4.19.43_PM.png

  • Select "Add" underneath the picture to add this product as a one-time purchase or a subscription. 
  • Once confirmed and added, you will see the one-time added item (or subscription if you chose that option) in your active subscription customer portal (as pictured below)

We typically use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for delivery. Unfortunately, there is no way to exclusively choose which carrier we use for specific customers. 

However, because most of the time the final delivery is made by USPS, we recommend using whichever address USPS uses to deliver to you.

If you have a PO Box and a physical address with the same city, state, and zip code, you can put both addresses (see the example below).

Unfortunately, at this time you are only able to have one card tied to your subscription account.  If you need to use different cards for your subscriptions you have two options to work around this:

  1. You can create two subscription accounts under different email addresses.  From here, you simply keep your accounts separate with separate payments and subscriptions.
  2. Alternatively, you can keep it all under one email account and manage it before each processing date.  The easiest way to do this is to split your subscriptions up on different processing dates.  Before each processing date approaches, log in to your account and change your payment method.

 


We are unable to apply a discount code on a Subscribe and Save order. All Subscribe and Save orders are already discounted by 15% plus free shipping on orders over $100. We are not able to apply another code.

Our ingredients are sourced from, well, all over!  Many crops are grown regionally due to soil conditions, climate, etc that we simply cannot source everything from the same place.  Take ashwagandha for example, which is grown in India.  We cannot source this from, say, Iowa because it's not indigenous to Iowa nor would that area produce the proper conditions for it to grow.  We do, however, source our ingredients from a clean, ethical source so that we can pass their amazing benefits onto you!

 

Our manufacturing is done right here in the United States!

HI, l'M A LIVINGOOD DAILY BAR! In the summer months, the warmer temperatures can make me lose my consistency and shape. Just put me in the fridge for a bit and I will firm back up. No worries though! Even though I've lost my shape it will not affect my quality ingredients and taste!

The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:

  • MFG xx/xx - manufacture date
  • EXP xx/xx - expiration date
  • BB xx/xx - best by date (on the bars only)

All Livingood Daily supplements are good for at least 2.5 years. All products are in the process of being updated to include 30-month expiration dates on the bottom.  

Since the bars are a food item we are required to label them differently, but they will taste best if eaten by the best-by date.

As of now, we do not have sample sizes, but we have something even better!

If you try one of our Livingood Daily products and are not completely satisfied within 60 days of receiving your product, we are happy to provide store credit for the amount you paid for the item.

After you complete your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your bonus guides included as digital download links.

You can simply follow this link to register for our Liver Training that will be live on Friday, October 15th at 8:30 a.m. EST.

  

How do I know if my registration went through?

If you have successfully registered for the training, you will receive an email confirmation.  If you have unsubscribed from our emails you will not see this come through on your end.

Accessing Your Member's Area

  1. Go to https://store.drlivingood.com/ and click the "My Account" button at the top of your screen (see image below).

  2. Log in using the account information you used at checkout or to "Create Your Account."

    Note: If you have not yet activated your account, you will need to do that before you're able to log in. After you purchase the Livingood Daily Lifestyle, you should receive an email asking you to Activate Your Account.  If you did not receive that email, be sure to check your spam or promotional folders.  You can also create an account on the Store

Accessing Your Facebook Crew Page

  1. Go to https://store.drlivingood.com/ and click the "My Account" button at the top of your screen (see image below).
  2. Log in using your account information.
  3. Select "Members Area" at the top of the screen. 
  4. On the left-hand side under the Live Challenge tab, select “Join Challenge Group”.
  5. You can join the Current Crew and/or the Next Crew depending on where we are at in the Challenge. We recommend joining the Next Crew if we are past the first week of the Current Crew. 
  6. Once you click Join Crew, you will be redirected to Facebook. When answering the questions to request to join, please enter 'email' in the line asking for your email address. This will help the admins with the approvals! Make sure you are logged into your Facebook account that you are wanting to join the Crew with when requesting access!

Once you are in the Facebook group, you can easily find the daily teachings and workouts under the “Featured” or “Guides” tab. If you are feeling a little lost, that is okay!! Our coaches are in the group each day to answer any questions that you may have. To ask, include the word ‘#coach’ anywhere in your post so they will be notified.
