How can I cancel my order?Updated 11 days ago

If you would like to cancel your order after it has been placed, please reach out to our support team here. At this time, customers are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed from their end.

Please keep in mind that our fulfillment team fills orders nearly immediately when all items are in stock to get orders to customers as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch your order to cancel it, but we will absolutely try our best!

If the order was part of an active Product Subscription or Lifestyle Membership, our system sends reminder notifications to the associated email on file 7 days before any renewal order is processed. If that email is not opened, another reminder notification is sent 3 days before renewal, and if that email is not opened, a SMS text message is sent to the associated phone number on file a few hours later. Please be sure that your email and phone number on file are accurate to ensure you receive these notifications.
