Where is my refund?Updated 5 days ago

If you are waiting on a refund, we'd recommend first checking your email for a refund confirmation (be sure to check spam and promotion folders just to be safe!). 

If you've sent back items, your refund will automatically be refunded back to the card used to purchase once our warehouse has received the item(s). Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for this process to be completed. You can see our Refund Policy listed on our website by clicking here.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10+ business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) to process, depending on your payment method or financial institution. If you do not see the refund post to your account, we recommend reaching out to your bank for more information.
