What to Expect After Requesting a Refund
- You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- If you returned physical item(s), the package must first be received by our warehouse before a refund can be issued.
- Return processing for mailed-back items typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks after the package has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Refund timelines for returned physical products begin once the package has been delivered to our warehouse — not from the date the return label was created or the package was mailed.
- After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 10+ business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) to post the funds back to your account.
If you do not see the refund posted after that timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly for additional information.
Shop Pay Installments Refunds
If you used Shop Pay Installments and still have remaining payments on your plan, your future installment payments may be adjusted or canceled instead of receiving a separate refund deposit.
