If Your Order Is Still In Transit
Most orders are delivered within 10 business days.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days while the package is still marked as in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement package in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
To get started, please visit our Livingood Daily Shipping Protection page, enter your email address and order number, and follow the prompts to report your package as lost in transit.
Please note that submitting multiple claims for the same order may delay processing.
If Your Order Shows as Delivered but You Have Not Received It
We ask that you first allow 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) to pass after the package is marked as delivered. In some cases, carriers may accidentally scan packages as delivered before they arrive, and many customers receive their orders shortly afterward.
After 48 business hours have passed, please complete the following checklist before submitting a claim:
- Verify the shipping address listed on your order confirmation is correct.
- Check for any attempted delivery notices left by the carrier.
- Look around your property for possible delivery locations, including porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, or parcel lockers.
- Check with neighbors or other household members in case someone else accepted the package.
- Some packages may be delivered by a secondary carrier, so we also recommend checking any locations where oversized or mailbox overflow packages are typically placed.
