What do I do if I never receive my order?Updated 3 days ago

We are disappointed to hear that you haven't received your order. 

If your order is stuck in transit, typical shipping for our products is within 10 business days. If your order has been in transit for more than 10 business days and you do not see any recent tracking updates, we would be happy to issue you a replacement package, per our Shipping Policy.
Simply use our Livingood Daily Shipping Protection page (here), and enter your email and order number. Then, follow the prompts to select that your package was lost in transit.

If your order was marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please follow the checklist below: 

We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your order has been marked as delivered before following the steps listed below. Some delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely, and we have found that customers often receive their order very soon after the delivery update.

After 48 hours post-delivery have passed... 

1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
3. Check other areas around your home where packages could be delivered. Some deliveries may be placed near the garage or side door. Some packages travel through multiple carriers, so check areas where you receive packages too large to fit in your mailbox.
4. See if someone else accepted the delivery. We recommend checking with your neighbor(s) to ensure they didn't receive it, as we have seen this happen quite often.
5. Please use our Livingood Daily Shipping Protection page (here), and enter your email and order number.
