We're sorry to hear that your order was placed with the wrong address! Because our orders are fulfilled almost immediately, we’re often unable to make changes once processing begins.
If the order has already been processed or has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes or redirect your order. Please keep an eye on the tracking number, and if the package gets sent back to our fulfillment center, we can re-ship it to the correct address, although you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
