Typical Sale Offers & What They Mean

Note: These are our most common sale offers. Offers are subject to change based on the individual need or event type. Not all options will be guaranteed for every sale.

10–15% off one-time purchases 
if you purchase a non-subscription order during a site-wide sale, your order may be eligible for a discount valuing at 10-15% off. 

20% off new subscriptions (first order only) 
during a sale, any order placed as a brand new subscription is eligible for a 20% discount. The second shipment of your new subscription will priced at 15% off. At this time, the 20% off does not apply to existing subscriptions.

Free gifts on qualifying orders over $150–$200 (varies by promotion) 
if a free gift is offered for a promotion, your order total (pre-tax) must meet the minimal dollar requirements in order to be eligible for the gift.

Early Bird Sales (may include free shipping on one-time and first-time subscription orders) 
early bird access may be tied to a registration of some kind. In order to be eligible, you must be registered prior to the end of the registration period.

BOGO25 Sale – Buy One, Get One 25% Off 
in order to receive one item discounted, you must purchase that item at full price. A BOGO order will contain one item at full price, and a second item at a discounted rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive the site wide sale discount on my next subscription order?

No. Discounts apply only to the first order of a brand new subscription. Existing subscriptions are not eligible.

Will I receive free gifts with my subscription order?

Free gifts are included only with new orders placed directly on our website. Existing subscriptions do not qualify.

How do I apply the discount?

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. No code needed!

Why didn’t I receive free shipping on my order?

• Our standard policy: Free shipping on $99+ subtotal.

• Free shipping during Early Bird Sales applies only to new orders placed on the website. Existing subscription shipments do not qualify.

When I create a new subscription during the sale, will I always receive 20% off?

• The 20% discount applies only to your first subscription order.

• All future subscription shipments receive the standard 15% discount.

Do you have other sales or discounts available other than a sitewide sale?

• Yes! On our site, you can visit our Limited Time Discounts page to see any available Warehouse Deals (all items are final sale) or Subscribe & Save Feature Deals (higher percentage discount for a subscription, if you agree to 3 or more shipments).
