You can remove items from your subscription directly from your account at any time.
Please note that subscription changes must be made no later than the day before your scheduled shipment processing date.
How to Remove an Item From Your Subscription
- Log into your account here.
- Under Active Subscriptions, locate the subscription you would like to manage and select Edit Subscription.

- Scroll down to view the items included in your subscription.
- Locate the item you would like to remove and click Edit.

- In the pop-up window, select Remove.
- Choose whether you would like to remove the item permanently from your subscription or only from your next order.
You can repeat these steps to remove multiple items from the same subscription.
Please note that if removing items either one time or permanently causes your subscription total to fall below $99, an $8.95 shipping fee will be applied to the order.
If your subscription contains only one item, you will not have the option to completely remove the product from the subscription. In that case, you can either skip your next order or cancel the subscription entirely.
