Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?Updated 4 days ago

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to process a cancellation. A shipping confirmation email is sent, including the order's tracking number, so please keep an eye on your email for that message. Please note that carrier updates may not be visible for 24 hours through the tracking link.

Per our Refund Policy, you may return any eligible, unwanted items via our online return portal here. You will need your order number (begins with DLG- ) and the email address, phone number, or shipping zip code associated with the order to begin the return process.
