Why isn't the App working for me?Updated 16 days ago

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues using the Livingood Daily App!

Here are some tips we recommend trying first to ensure that everything is running smoothly on your specific device:

  • Try closing other apps on your device to avoid competing for energy usage.
  • Verify if your device is using a stable internet connection / if your phone's settings permit data usage. 
  • Check for updates on your device that may be slowing down your device unnecessarily.
  • To ensure your app is as up to date as possible, delete and redownload the app. (you'll be able to log back in using the same credentials as you would on the site!) How to make sure your apps are up to date: Android iPhone

General app troubleshooting tips from Google (Android users) or Apple (iPhone or iPad users) can be helpful to test out, too!
