What if my order arrived damaged?Updated 9 days ago
The steps you take will depend on the type of damage to your order.
If the Product Arrived Opened or With a Broken Safety Seal
If your item arrived with the protective seal broken, opened, or compromised, please use our Returns Portal and follow these steps:
- Select the item that arrived damaged.
- When asked, “Have you removed the protective seal or opened this product?” select Yes.
- Click Continue.
- Under “Why are you returning this item?” select Item was Damaged.
- Under “Please tell us more,” select Manufacturer Damaged.
- Choose whether you would like a replacement item or to continue with a return.
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete your request.
If Your Order Was Damaged During Shipping
If your package or items were damaged in transit, please submit a claim through our Claims Page for assistance.
To help speed up the review process, please include photos of the damaged items and packaging if possible.
