What if my order arrived damaged?Updated 9 days ago

The steps you take will depend on the type of damage to your order.

If the Product Arrived Opened or With a Broken Safety Seal

If your item arrived with the protective seal broken, opened, or compromised, please use our Returns Portal and follow these steps:

  1. Select the item that arrived damaged.
  2. When asked, “Have you removed the protective seal or opened this product?” select Yes.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Under “Why are you returning this item?” select Item was Damaged.
  5. Under “Please tell us more,” select Manufacturer Damaged.
  6. Choose whether you would like a replacement item or to continue with a return.
  7. Follow the remaining prompts to complete your request.

If Your Order Was Damaged During Shipping

If your package or items were damaged in transit, please submit a claim through our Claims Page for assistance.

To help speed up the review process, please include photos of the damaged items and packaging if possible.
