2. Online Purchase: Eligible individuals who make a subscription purchase will receive three (3) entries for each purchase of Livingood Daily Collagen product. There is no limit to the number of entries received with purchases. Current Collagen product subscribers will also receive three (3) free entries.

How do I know if my registration went through?

If you have successfully registered for The Great Collagen Giveaway you would have received an email confirming with your Free Collagen Recipe Guide as well!  If you are unsubscribed from email you will not see this come through on your end.

How do I build my bundle?

Access the landing page HERE. 

As you add collagen to your bundle, the discount amount changes based on the quantity of items added.

Subscription frequencies will also change automatically from 30, 60, or 90 depending on how many items are added to the bundle. (ie, adding 3 bottles subscribes you every 90 days) 

In order to add to the cart, you will need to click the bottom of your screen in order to select the subscription or one-time purchase option, and then click “add to cart”.

Why is my Bundle Not Working?

If you are having trouble creating your collagen bundle- Make sure you are using your browser (mobile or desktop) and to exit out of any pop-ups as pictured below. 

I am a monthly subscriber to one of the Collagen supplements.  Do I still get the bonus entries into the Giveaway?

As long as you register for the event before your orders process, they'll count! 

There are many different ways to gather bonus entries, so here's a breakdown of what your options are:

• For every collagen (new OR existing) subscription purchases placed during the registration period, you’ll earn 3x entries

How many entries do I have for the Giveaway? 

There is no limit to the number of entries you can have - as long as you've registered first, you'll be able to add to your entries until June 24th, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.
