Our orders are fulfilled almost immediately, which is normally a good thing! However, if your order is going to the wrong address, submit an email to our Livingood Daily Support Team and if we can catch the order and change the address, we will!

If the order has already been processed or has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes or redirect your order. Please keep an eye on the tracking number, and if the package gets sent back to our fulfillment center, we can re-ship it to the correct address, although you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
