How do I know if my order went through for the Lifestyle Trial?Updated 23 days ago
If you are unsure if your order went through then you can check the following:
- Check your email. After your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation and details. You can search for the subject line: "Order DLG-XXXX confirmed" from [email protected] . If you do not see that please be sure to check your spam or promotional folders!
- Check your card or bank account to be sure that the amount of your order has been deducted from your balance.
If you do not see 1 or 2 or if you are having trouble ordering we recommend the following:- Opening the link in a different browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer).
- If using a pre-paid card, we would recommend trying another debit or credit card.
