How do I know if my order went through for the Lifestyle Trial?Updated 23 days ago

If you are unsure if your order went through then you can check the following:

  1. Check your email. After your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation and details. You can search for the subject line: "Order DLG-XXXX confirmed" from [email protected] . If you do not see that please be sure to check your spam or promotional folders!
  2. Check your card or bank account to be sure that the amount of your order has been deducted from your balance. 
    If you do not see 1 or 2 or if you are having trouble ordering we recommend the following:
    • Opening the link in a different browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer).
    • If using a pre-paid card, we would recommend trying another debit or credit card.
