How do I change the payment method associated with my subscription?Updated 4 days ago
You can absolutely update the card connected to your subscriptions!
- Login into your account by clicking here.
- Under Active Subscriptions, look for the subscription you'd like to update. Select Edit Subscription.
- Scroll down until you see the box titled "Payment details".
- Select Update to change details associated with the card on file, or Change to change the card completely.
- Follow the pop up window instructions to confirm your choices. If you want this change to apply to all product subscriptions, please be sure you click apply to all subscriptions.
Please keep in mind that our subscription orders process in the early hours of the morning on the predetermined day of shipment, so we ask that you update any necessary information as soon as possible.
