You can update how often you receive your physical product subscription directly from your account at any time.
Available subscription frequency options may include shipments every 30, 60, or 90 days depending on the product.
Please note that subscription frequency changes must be made no later than the day before your scheduled shipment processing date.
How to Change Your Subscription Frequency
- Log into your account here
- Under Active Subscriptions, locate the subscription you would like to manage and select Edit Subscription.

- Scroll down until you see the Subscription Frequency section and click Edit.

- Select your preferred shipment frequency, choose your next shipment date, and click Confirm.
Changing your subscription frequency does not automatically change your next scheduled shipment date unless you select a new shipment date during the update process.
Please note that subscriptions with different shipment frequencies are processed as separate orders. If multiple subscription orders are under $99, each order will be subject to its own $8.95 shipping fee, even if the orders process on the same day.
