All physical products are equipped with a tracking number upon fulfillment that way you can expect when your order will arrive.
When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. It is important that if you did not see a confirmation email that you check your Spam and Promotional folders.
If the confirmation email ended up in either of these two folders, make sure that you drag it over to your inbox so that we no longer continue going to your Spam folder.
I Did Not Receive A Fulfillment Confirmation Email
In the rare case that you do not receive an email after your order has been shipped, here are a few steps you can use to access your order's tracking...
- Go to the Livingood Daily Store.
- While on the Livingood Daily Store, click "My Account" to the right of the Search Bar if on a desktop computer or click in the upper right hand corner if on a mobile device.
- If it is your first time logging into your Store Account, you will need to select "Create Your Account"
- *IMPORTANT* Use the same email address you used to make your purchase
- Once you are logged in, click on the order number you would like to track
- ie. DLG-119822
- Then click on the text "Track shipment"
- You will then be redirected to the shipping provider where you can track your order.

If you have any issues accessing your account, please make you are using the same email you used when purchasing.
