Logging In For The First Time
After you purchase something on our Livingood Daily Store you will receive an email asking you to "Activate Your Account." If you did not receive that email, be sure to check your spam and promotional folders. *NOTE: The Account Activation Email must be completed within 24 hours of being sent. If you are outside the 24 hours, you can have another Activation Email sent to you by selecting "New Customer? Create An Account"
You can also "Create Your Account" on the Livingood Daily Store. Watch this video for more information on how to create your account, activate your account, or change your password.
Accessing Your Store Account
- Go to the Livingood Daily Store and click "My Account" to the right of the Search Bar if on a desktop computer or click the person icon in the upper right-hand corner if on a mobile device.
- Log in using the account information you used when you activated your account or "Create Your Account" if you haven't already.
- From here you can see your order history, manage your subscriptions, or visit the Members Area if you are a Lifestyle Member.

*Please note that you will only have access to this Member's Area if you are a Trial, Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime Lifestyle Member.*
- Go to the Livingood Daily Store and click "My Account" to the right of the Search Bar if on a computer or click the person icon in the upper right-hand corner if on a mobile device.
- Log in using the account information you used when you activated your account or "Create Your Account" if you haven't already.
- Select "Members Area" on the left-hand side of the screen. This is where you will access your exclusive Lifestyle resources, 10-Minute Workouts, and Livingood Daily Challenge resources.

Troubleshooting
If you are getting an error message that your email is "not recognized" then we recommend you verify the following things:

Be sure you are using the same email address you used to make your Livingood Daily purchase. You would have received a confirmation email of your purchase to the email address you used.

Make sure you have activated your Livingood Daily Store account. (See Logging in for the First Time.)
