How do I know if my registration and/or supplement order went through for the Heart Health Masterclass?
If you are unsure if you are registered for the Heart Health Masterclass or if your supplement order went through then you can check the following:
- Email - after your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation and details of your order. If you do not see that please be sure we are not heading to your spam or promotional folders!
- Check your financial account - check your card or bank account to be sure that the order did process.
If you do not see 1 or 2 and you are having trouble ordering we recommend opening the link in a different browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer) as most times that fixes the problem.

Can this order ship with my subscription order coming up?
Unfortunately, orders placed through the Heart Health Masterclass cannot be combined to ship with other orders, including your subscription order.
Where can I find the downloadable PDFs offered when I registered for the Heart Health Masterclass?

I would like to add more supplements to my order to take advantage of the free shipping?
You will have the opportunity to add up to 3 products to your order to take advantage of the free shipping at the time of checkout. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes to your order as our fulfillment team is already processing your order to get it shipped out as quickly as possible.
