All physical products from the Dr. Livingood store are equipped with a tracking number upon fulfillment that way you can expect when your order will arrive.
When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email that contains your UPS tracking number and a link to track your package. UPS will transfer your package to USPS to be delivered locally. It is important that if you did not see a confirmation email that you check your Spam and Promotional folders.
If the confirmation email ended up in either of these two folders, make sure that you drag it over to your inbox.
I Did Not Receive A Fulfillment Confirmation Email
In the rare case that you do not receive an email after your order has been shipped, here are a few steps you can use to access your order's tracking...
- Go to store.drlivingood.com
- While on the Dr. Livingood Store, click "My Account" to the right of the Search Bar if on a desktop computer or click in the upper right hand corner if on a mobile device.
- If you do not have an account, you can select "Create Your Account"
- *IMPORTANT* Use the same email you used to make your purchase
- Once you are logged in, click on the order number you would like to track
- ie. DLG-1198
- Then click on the text "Track shipment"
- You will then be redirected to the shipping provider where you can track your order.
