Follow these simple steps and watch the quick video to learn how to update your billing information in your account or for your subscription.
Accessing Your Subscription Account (Desktop)
- Go to Livingood Daily Store and click the "Login" button at the top of your screen.
- Log in using the account information you used at checkout.
- Once you are inside your account, click the "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS" button on the upper left-hand side of the screen.
- You can now select "Billing Information" to update or make any changes.
Accessing Your Subscription Account (Mobile Phone)
- Go to Livingood Daily Store and click
in the upper right hand corner of your mobile device.
- Log in using the account information you used at checkout.
- Once you are inside your account, click the "MY ORDERS" at top of your screen.
- Select "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS"
- Scroll to the right until you can click on "EDIT" subscription.
- You can now select "UPDATE PAYMENT INFORMATION" to update your card on file or make any changes.
If you have any issues accessing your account, please make you are using the same email you used when purchasing. You can also try to "Recover Password".
