Follow these simple steps and watch the quick video to learn how to update your shipping address in your account or for your subscription.
Accessing Your Subscription Account
- Go to https://store.drlivingood.com/ and click "My Account" to the right of the Search Bar if on a desktop computer or click in the upper right hand corner if on a mobile device.
- Log in using the account information you used at checkout.
- Once you are inside your account, click the "Manage Subscriptions" button on the upper left-hand side of the screen.
- If using a mobile device, under "Subscription Orders" select "Edit" to the right of your Shipping Address and you can update your shipping address.
- If using a desktop computer, under "My Addresses" along the left hand side bar, click "Add a new address."
If you have any issues accessing your account, please make you are using the same email you used when purchasing. You can also try to "Recover Password".
