If you choose to return a product that was shipped to you please simply return it to the address in the refund policy. Once the fulfillment center receives the package back into their stock, they will start the refund process and issue a refund back to the card that it was purchased on.
As of January 4, 2023, pre-paid return labels are being sent with your packing slip. Simply follow the instructions on the label to make your return. If you would prefer to pay your own shipping fee to return a product, you are welcome to do that! Please include the original packing slip inside your package.
You should see a receipt email of that refund as soon as it is processed and please be aware that it could take 7-10 business days to see refunds post on to an account depending on the financial institution.
