How to change your processing date
- Log in to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Edit" next to the supplement of which you would like to make changes
- Click the arrow in the "Next Charge Date" box. A calendar will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing the calendar.
- Select the date you would like for your next shipment to go out
- Click "Update Next Shipment Date"
- Choose whether you would like to update the date on all your subscriptions or just that one item
- You will see a box that says "Success" at the bottom of that screen and be redirected back to that product's subscription page
How to change your delivery frequency (30, 60 or 90 days)
Please note that updating your delivery frequency does not change the next date of shipment. It only changes how often you will receive your supplement.
- Log in to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Edit" next to the supplement of which you would like to make changes
- Click the arrow in the Delivery Schedule box. A box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing the frequency options.
- Select the frequency option you would like (30, 60, or 90 days)
- Click "Update"
- You will see a box that says "Success" at the bottom of that screen and be redirected back to that product's subscription page
How to change the quantity of an individual supplement
- Log in to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Edit" next to the supplement of which you would like to make changes
- Click the arrow in the Product box on the left-hand side of the page. A box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing this box.
- Click the up or down arrow to get to the desired quantity
- Click "Update"
- You will see a box that says "Success" at the bottom of that screen and be redirected back to that product's subscription page
How to cancel a subscription
- Log in to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Edit" next to the supplement of which you would like to make changes
- Scroll down to see the "Cancel Subscription" option (under your email address on the left-hand side of the page). A box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing this box.
- Select a reason for canceling
- Click "Proceed"
- You will see a box that says "Success" at the bottom of that screen and be redirected back to that product's subscription page
How to update your shipping address
- Log in to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Shipping Address"
- Click the down arrow on the right-hand side of the box containing your address
- Click "Edit Shipping Address." A box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing this box.
- Update your address
- Click "Save"
- You will see a box that says "Success" at the bottom of that screen and your updates will be reflected on that screen
Please note if you see multiple boxes with addresses on this screen, that means you have multiple address ids. Subscriptions ship separately depending on which address id they are under, even if the address is the same. In order to save on shipping fees, you will want all subscriptions going to the same address to be under the same address id.
How to update your payment and billing information
- Log in to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Payment Methods"
- To update your credit card number:
- Click "Add New Payment Method." A box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing this box.
- Enter your card and billing information
- Click "Add Payment Method" at the bottom
- You will see a box that says "Success" at the bottom of that screen and your updates will be reflected on that screen
- Once the payment method has been updated, go to "Shipping Addresses"
- Click the down arrow
- Click "Change Payment Method"
- A box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing this box. Choose the payment method you would like to use
- Click "Save"
- To update your billing information:
- Click the down arrow next to the payment method that needs updating
- Select "Edit Payment Method." A box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing this box.
- Update your address
- Click "Update"
- You will see a box that says "Success" at the bottom of that screen and your updates will be reflected on that screen
How to add and view your one-time addition to your subscription
- Log in to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Edit" next to any of your Active Subscription
- Hover your mouse over any of the products to see the option to add another subscription or add as a one-time purchase
- Choose "one-time" and the button will change to say "processing"
- You will be redirected to the Delivery Schedule page where you will be able to see when you can expect your next deliveries, including the one-time purchase you selected
- From that page, you can manage your one-time subscription by clicking "Manage Add-On" (delete, change the date, or order now)
- If you would like to delete this product from your order, choose "delete" and a box will slide out from the right-hand side of your screen. If you have pop-up blockers turned on, this may prevent you from seeing this box. Select "delete" again.
- You will then be directed back to the Delivery Schedule page.
How Do I Get Free Shipping?
You can take advantage of free shipping each month by making sure your subscription order subtotal is $99 or more.
Why Did My Subscriptions Process In Multiple Orders?
If you receive multiple confirmation emails with your monthly subscription order shipping separately then you have added products under multiple "ADDRESS IDs". You simply need to combine all of your orders and place them under one "ADDRESS ID" so they do not all ship separately.

Shipping Alert
Due to COVID-19, we are seeing some delivery delays, premature delivery confirmations and package tracking issues with Fedex/USPS. Livingood Daily is still fulfilling orders in a timely manner, typically within 1-3 business days. However, there may be some delays and/or inconsistencies with the carriers.
