Our goal is that you, as the customer, would be able to make any and all changes you'd like to your monthly Subscriptions. You are in control of your subscription which means you can cancel or manage your account without the help of our support team.
If the screenshots below are not what your subscription page looks like, your subscriptions are hosted on a different page. Follow the steps in this article.
In order to view your subscriptions, you will need to enter the email associated with your purchase on this page. Click "Get one-time code" and check your email for this temporary password. Be sure to check your spam/promo folder if you don't see the email! It will come from no-reply@livingooddaily.com.
You will need to do this each time you log in.
To cancel your subscription
Simply click the Cancel button to the right of your subscription.
To restart a subscription
If you would like to restart a canceled subscription, click the restart button to the right of the subscription.
Click the Submit button on the next screen to confirm.
To Change the Next Bill Date or Quantity
Click the Edit Subscription button to the right of the subscription
On the next screen, enter the date or the quantity and click Update.
To Change the Billing Address, Payment Information, or Password
Go to your Account Profile in the top right-hand corner of the page.
From this page, you will be able to update your billing address, payment information, or password.
How do I know if my subscriptions will ship together?
All subscriptions listed with the same next ship date will ship together.
