How do I register for the Metabolism Hacking Masterclass?
You can simply follow this link to register for the Metabolism Hacking Masterclass. Click on the blue button (below the video of Dr. Livingood) to enter your email address and complete the registration.
When you register, you will be entered to win a 6 month supply of our brand-new supplement, Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules, as well as have access to the free guides and other resources on the Resource Page!
Once you've registered, you will also have the option to purchase Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules. However, there is no purchase necessary to watch the Masterclass!
When is the Metabolism Hacking Masterclass and how do I watch it?
Dr. Livingood's live Masterclass will be on January 24-26 at 12 p.m. EST with a bonus day on January 27 at 8:30 a.m. EST.
You can watch through Dr. Livingood's private Make Health Simple Facebook group. Join the group here! It will also be live on Dr. Livingood's YouTube channel and on Instagram (@drlivingood).
What if I cannot watch the Metabolism Hacking Masterclass live?
Not a problem! The replays will be available each day on the Resource Page. Note, please give our team until about 4:00 pm EST to get this uploaded for you!
Each day’s Metabolism Hacking Masterclass will also be emailed to you after the live teaching is over. You can watch each day as you receive it through the link in your email. If you don't see the email, please check your spam/promo folder.
I do not have Facebook. How can I watch the Masterclass?
It will also be live on Dr. Livingood's YouTube channel and on Instagram (@drlivingood).
When the replays become available, you can watch them on the Resource Page. We will send an email when they are ready! If you don't see that email, be sure to check your spam/promo folder! Since that is a page through our site, you don't need to have Facebook to watch. 👍
The replays will be available to watch through Sunday at midnight PST.

Those were emailed to you, so check your spam and promo folders. You can also download the PDFs from the Resource Page.
How do I know if my registration and/or supplement order went through?
If you are unsure if you are registered for the Masterclass, check your email! A confirmation email will be sent there with more information!
If you are unsure if your supplement order went through, then you can check the following:
- Email - after your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation and details of your order. If you do not see that please be sure to check your spam or promotional folders!
- Check your financial account - check your card or bank account to be sure that the supplement order did process.
If you do not see 1 or 2 and you are having trouble ordering we recommend opening the link in a different browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer) as most times that fixes the problem.
Can I add more supplements to my order to take advantage of the free shipping?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add other items to your order. If you are wanting to purchase any products outside of what is offered you would need to go over to the store to purchase additional items!
Can this order ship with my upcoming subscription?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process a payment for this promotion and hold the shipment to combine it with a future shipment. Once you go through the ordering process an order is immediately created and sent to the fulfillment center to get your goods to you as quickly as possible!
Can I add Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules to my Subscriptions?
You can! You will need to do that by purchasing the subscription option on the store or through the offer once registered HERE!
When will the winner of the Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules be announced?
The winner of the Giveaway will be announced during the Live Show on Friday, January 27th.
